1.每个人都可以睡觉,因为这是你天生的能力。.....睡觉是人的本能,睡不着是因为心有杂染。


2.失眠需吃"心药",因为心病还需心药医...........服用药物一年以上还在失眠的朋我遇到很多。


3.没有失眠,只有暂时没睡觉!.....把注意力放在解决方法上,而不是问题上。问题只有一个,但解决问题的方法有无数种。


4.你失眠是因为你相信你会失眠。......动物不会失眠,因为动物从来不会想自己到底会不会失眠


5.失眠不会死人,但是害怕失眠会"死人";失眠不会对人造成伤害,但是对失眠产生恐惧和痛苦会给人造成伤害!


6.健康=良好的心态(积极乐观),充足的睡眠,均衡的饮食加适量的运动。(一定要建立良好的生活模式)


7.保持良好的生活、作息习惯。......适当的时候做适当的事/养成一个习贯至少需要21天,最好有三个月来固化。


8.睡觉=放松+专注。......自我催眠练习


9.永远保持觉知,保持平等心.(没有贪求)


10.你是你自己的主宰,如果这个世界上有上帝,那么你就是上帝。....相信自己能做到,你就能做到。
