一名优秀的心理咨询师的素养

成为一名优秀的心理咨询师需要以下素养：

1、他对生命有怜惜之心，有悲天悯人的情怀，真诚关怀别人的幸福，体谅人的有限，体恤人类的生存境况。
2、他对生命有兴趣，喜欢跟人相处，不惮于进入别人的内心深处，敢于直面生活与生活最根本的问题。
3、他关注你、倾听你，并且设身处地体谅你的感受，尊重你的经验，理解你的问题及其产生的根源，接纳你的弱点和错误。
4、他对人生有成熟的看法。
5、他对人抱有积极的态度。
6、他有确定的价值观，但不会把自己的价值观强加给你。
7、他知道自己的角色是一个助人者，不是万能的救星。
8、他有基本的自我觉察，而且不断增进这种自我觉察。
9、他在态度上是谦逊的、认真的、谨慎的，但他对自己的心理疏导能力充满自信。
10、他真实、诚恳而可靠，他不戴面具。
11、他的心理并不完美，但他具有良好的心理调节能力和弹性的个性；他具有活力，具有感染力。
12、他具有良好的敏察力。
13、他善于使用语言，但他的表达是具体而简洁的。
14、他具有幽默感。
15、他尽量向更多的知识领域开放，而不让自己成为某一个学科的专家。
16、他有良好的常识，丰富的跨文化经验，充分的社会生活能力，并且会不断向新的生活经验开放，好让自己有能力对来访者的广泛需求做出回应，并且协助他们对自己的经验、感受和行为做出整合。
17、他有适当的边界意识。
18、他有耐心。
19、他的心理疏导是顺其自然的。
20、他相信经验。
21、他接受的来访者是有条件限制的，是首先需要排除躯体疾病和精神疾病的。
22、他具有成长意识，不会逃避自己人生中的问题，反而让自己在问题中不断成长。
